These terms are an agreement between you and Revvance Group LLC, a US limited liability company ("Revvance Group," "we," "us"). By using revvancegroup.com or any of our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer prospective clients a free demo of a homepage built around their business. The demo is provided for evaluation only. Specifically:
If you become a client, we provide some combination of website design, website development, hosting, ongoing technical maintenance, and search engine optimization (SEO) for your business. The exact scope of services for your engagement is set out in your project agreement and any written change orders.

If your website is launched and live, and within 14 days of launch you decide you don't want to continue, reply to any email from us with the word "refund" and we will:
This promise applies once per client and only within the first 14 days after launch. After that period, normal cancellation terms in Section 4 apply.
The website code, design, and content we build for you as a paying client is yours. If you cancel or end the engagement, you may take the site with you — we will provide a code export or assist with migration to your hosting at no additional charge.
Things we keep ownership of: our internal templates, frameworks, design systems, schema libraries, and any tooling we built before or alongside your project. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use those embedded in your finished site.
Stock photography or third-party assets used on your site are licensed under their respective terms. We will tell you if any asset has restrictions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any business information, photos, logos, license numbers, certifications, and reviews you give us to use on the site. You confirm that you have the right to use this content. You agree to indemnify Revvance Group against claims arising from content you supplied that turns out to be inaccurate, infringing, or otherwise problematic.
SEO is a long-term, externally-influenced practice. We will apply industry best practices, technical SEO, on-page optimization, structured data, and content strategy as scoped — but search rankings are determined by Google and other search engines, not by us. We do not and cannot guarantee:
Anyone who guarantees these things is either misinformed or lying. We work hard to give your site the best chance of ranking, and we are transparent about what we are doing and why.
You agree not to use our services to host or promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, infringing on others' rights, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revvance Group's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Beyond the explicit promises in these terms (notably Section 5), we make no other warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure — although we will work in good faith to fix issues promptly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revvance Group, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) your use of our services, (b) content you supplied to us, or (c) your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Revvance Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For active clients, material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications from Revvance Group, LLC. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you represent and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Revvance Group, LLC does not knowingly send SMS to or collect SMS opt-in information from individuals under 18.
By submitting a contact form, booking a call, or otherwise providing your phone number to Revvance Group, LLC and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Revvance Group, LLC at the phone number you provided. SMS opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining any product or service from us. You agree that an automated system or autodialer may be used to send these messages.
Message types may include: appointment confirmations, lead follow-up communications, demo delivery notifications, customer service responses, billing notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project status.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any standard text messaging or data charges from your wireless carrier.
Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further marketing or transactional SMS from us.

Privacy: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS messages are sent through our messaging service provider (LeadConnector / Twilio) solely to facilitate communication between you and Revvance Group, LLC. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
