How We Quote — Honestly, Not Flatly

We used to publish flat-tier pricing. We took it down because it was the wrong answer for most of the contractors we talked to. Here's how we actually scope a project, what changes the number, and what stays the same no matter what.

Why We Don't Publish Tiered Pricing

Three reasons.

One: A one-truck plumber working a 15-mile radius doesn't need the same website as a five-truck HVAC operation covering an entire metro. The smaller operator gets overcharged on a flat tier; the bigger one gets undersold. Both walk away annoyed.

Two: Some markets are saturated and need 20+ pages of city-targeted content to compete on Google. Other markets have three competitors with bad websites — five well-built pages will dominate. Charging the same for both ignores reality.

Three: Tiered pricing pages are designed to push you into the middle plan. We'd rather just tell you what your business actually needs and what it costs.

What Determines Your Quote

When we quote a project, we're looking at four things:

1

Trade and offering complexity

An electrician with three core services prices differently from an HVAC contractor with installs, repair, maintenance plans, and 24/7 emergency dispatch. More services means more service pages, more schema, more SEO surface area.

2

Service area size and competition

Covering one small town requires a different page structure than covering 12 suburbs in a metro. Each city you want to rank in needs its own optimized landing page with localized content and schema.

3

Content scope

Some contractors want a tight, conversion-focused site. Others want a content engine with monthly blog posts, FAQ libraries, and educational guides for organic traffic. Both are valid — they cost different amounts.

4

Add-ons

Things like Google Ads management, Local Service Ads setup, automated review request workflows, AI-powered after-hours call handling, or CRM integration are scoped on top of the base site if you want them. None of them are required.

What's the Same for Every Project

Regardless of where your quote lands, every Revvance Group project includes:

How the Quote Process Works

The whole conversation takes about 25 minutes total, spread over two calls.

Call 1 — 15 minutes

You book a slot. We talk about your trade, your service area, your current site (if any), what's working, what isn't, and what you want a new site to do for you. By the end of the call we have enough to build a free demo of your homepage.

Demo build — within 24 hours

We build a real, working demo of your homepage with your business name, services, and market. Not a Photoshop mockup — a live URL you can click through on your phone. We send it to you via email.

Call 2 — 10–15 minutes

You've seen the demo. If you like it, we walk through the full project scope, what the rest of the site looks like, what your monthly investment will be, and when we'd launch. If you don't like it, you delete the email and we never bother you again. The demo link is yours to keep either way.

Want to Know What Your Project Would Cost?

Common Questions About Pricing

Is there a setup fee?

Most projects are billed monthly with no separate setup fee — the first month's payment covers the build and the launch. For larger projects with extensive city pages or blog scoping, we sometimes propose a small first-month adjustment, but we'll tell you that on the quote call before you decide anything.

What if I want to add things later?

Easy. Add-ons like extra city pages, blog posts, ad management, or review automation can be added to your monthly plan at any time. No contracts to re-sign.

What if I want to leave?

Cancel any month with 30 days' notice. The site is yours — we'll export the full codebase or migrate it to your hosting at no additional charge. We don't believe in holding contractor websites hostage.

Can I see what other contractors are paying?

On the call, yes. We'll give you ballpark ranges for businesses similar to yours so you're not flying blind into the conversation. We just don't list those numbers on a public page because they end up being either wrong or misleading for the contractor reading them.

15 Minutes. Free Demo. Honest Quote.

Book a slot. Tell us about your business. We'll build a free demo of your homepage and quote the full project on a follow-up call. If you don't move forward, you owe nothing.
