Financing Available for Electrical Upgrades

Spread the cost of a panel upgrade, EV charger, generator, or rewiring project over time. Apply in minutes with no impact to your credit score.

Why financing makes sense for electrical work: A panel upgrade, whole-home rewiring, or standby generator installation is a capital improvement — not a routine maintenance expense. These are projects that add lasting value to your home and make it safer. Financing lets you complete the right job now, at the right scope, rather than delaying or cutting corners because of upfront cost. Most electrical financing decisions come back within minutes.

Choose the Plan That Works for You

We offer three financing structures through our lending partner. All require no down payment and no prepayment penalty.

Same-As-Cash

12 Months — 0% Interest

Pay nothing extra if the balance is paid in full within 12 months. No interest charges, no fees — just a convenient way to manage cash flow on a larger project. Ideal for panel upgrades and EV charger installs where you expect to pay in full but want flexibility on timing.

Low Monthly Payments

Up to 60 Months

Spread your project cost over up to five years with fixed monthly payments. A good fit for larger projects like whole-home rewiring, generator installation with transfer switch, or a panel upgrade combined with an EV charger circuit. Fixed rate means your payment never changes.

Quick Approval

Decision in Minutes

The application takes about three minutes and uses a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score. Most decisions come back immediately. Once approved, financing is confirmed before we schedule your job — no surprises on install day. Available for projects $500 and above.

Financing FAQ

Will applying affect my credit score?
The initial application uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard pull only occurs if you proceed to accept a financing offer. We'll always tell you before that step happens.
What is the minimum project size for financing?
Financing is available for most projects $500 and above. This covers a wide range of work including new circuit additions, EV charger installs, panel upgrades, generator hookups, and rewiring projects. If your project is close to the minimum, call us and we can confirm eligibility.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes. There is no prepayment penalty on any of our financing options. Paying off your balance early — especially on the 12-month same-as-cash plan — saves you any deferred interest and is always encouraged.
What happens with the same-as-cash plan if I don't pay it off in 12 months?
If the balance is not paid in full by the end of the 12-month promotional period, deferred interest from the purchase date applies to the remaining balance at the standard rate. We recommend setting up automatic payments for at least the minimum and paying more when possible if you are using the same-as-cash option.
Do I need to decide on financing before you start the work?
Yes — financing needs to be approved and confirmed before we schedule the job. This protects both parties and lets us plan accurately. The process is fast enough that it typically doesn't delay your install timeline by more than a day or two. If you need same-week service for a non-emergency project, let us know and we'll prioritize the application.
