Our Story

Summit Roofing Co. was founded in 2001 by Tom and Linda Mercer with a simple mission: deliver honest, quality roofing work at a fair price. What started as a two-person operation working out of a pickup truck has grown into one of Central Illinois' most respected roofing companies.

Today, Summit employs over 40 skilled professionals and has completed more than 3,000 residential and commercial roofing projects. Despite our growth, we've never lost sight of the values that built this company: integrity, craftsmanship, and treating every customer's home as if it were our own.
